A successful neighbourhood needs shops, cafés and restaurants, along with local services and community spaces to allow people to gather and socialise. We want North St/Donegall St to feel active and welcoming, and host something for everyone.

We are proposing over 100,000 sq ft of this type of space, mostly at ground level to create a sense of local character, with residential homes above these facilities.

A key element of this is our proposal for a new public space, where we propose to turn the current surface car park into a pedestrian-first area in the heart of the development. A network of lanes will connect food and beverage businesses with retail and flexible uses.

We are designing North St/Donegall St as a city centre neighbourhood that is lively and inviting through the day. That means homes, workplaces, cafés, restaurants, public spaces, walking routes and quieter places to sit, designed to feel connected and easy to use.

Our aim is to create a place where people can live close to everything the city offers, streets feel active and safe, and there are reasons to visit throughout the day.
