1,000 new homes for Belfast city centre.

At the heart of these proposals is a new residential neighbourhood in the city centre. Belfast needs more homes, and we believe this is the right place for a new neighbourhood: close to jobs; education; culture; transport; and the life of the city centre.

Our aim is to create a sense of community, and so our proposals include homes for different stages of life and different needs, so people can live here long term. We are therefore providing a mix of homes, including social and affordable homes, homes for sale and for market rent.
